Maintenance
Groomit offers a full maintenance offering to residential and commercial properties.
We work with our clients to provide a tailored maintenance program that fits with the property's requirements and the clients' budget.
Within our maintenance we can deliver the following services:
- Lawn mowing, edging and health program (keeping weeds at bay and ensuring lawn stays healthy over the year)
- Hedge cutting
- Shrub and tree pruning
- Pest and disease control for all plants
- Water-blasting or exterior cleaning; good to do once-a year to ensure the asset / grounds don't deteriorate
- Green and general rubbish removal; particularly useful for tenanted properties
- Report and manage all aspects exterior upgrades or maintenance; perfect solution for overseas clients
